DJs on stage with arms raised before a packed Love to be… Festival crowd under the tent

Love to be… Festival returned to The Stray in Harrogate on Saturday, 5th September welcoming 6000 house music fans for its biggest edition yet.

Now in its third year, the festival delivered 11 hours of non-stop house music across three stages with a huge lineup of international DJs.

A Lineup of International House Talent

This year’s festival brought together some of the biggest names in house music, with Claptone, Sam Divine, and Paul Woolford leading the bill on the Stray Stage.

They were joined by Spanish house favourite David Penn, hit-maker Mousse T, and a special live performance from the legendary Julie McKnight, whose rendition of ‘Finally’ was one of the day’s standout moments. Trimtone, Cash Only, Jenika Tenn, and Kkeexx also featured across the mainstage programme.

Over at the Music Factory stage, Todd Terry and Gok Wan drew huge crowds, alongside a live, full-band performance from K-Klass. The lineup also featured Grant Nelson, Paul Taylor, Tom Wainwright, Dale Castell, Aimee, Sinclair, Sarah Sax and Bongo Dave.

The VIP stage had its own packed programme, with FunkyLove taking over the space for a full day of house music and some seriously special live performances.

A Bigger and Better Festival Site

The 2026 edition of the festival introduced a series of improvements across the festival site, creating a more developed experience for the thousands in attendance.

The new main stage featured upgraded sound and lighting, with full festival production and dancers, providing a dazzling backdrop to the day’s performances. Elsewhere, an all-new chillout zone offered a place to relax between sets, while the VIP area benefited from a new garden space featuring classic fairground games and a beauty parlour.

An improved site layout and upgraded bar system also helped enhance the overall festival experience, with the changes marking another step forward for Love to be… Festival.
