This notice explains how Love to be... ("we", "us") uses personal information collected through love-to-be-v3.kendry.app. We are responsible for that information (the "controller").

What we collect
If you use our contact form, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, your message and any files you attach. Like most websites, our servers also keep short-term technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
Please don't send health or other sensitive information, or other people's personal details, through the form.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to provide a quote or our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To keep the website secure and working. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a safe, reliable website.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use the form to add you to marketing lists.
You don't have to give us your information, but we can't reply to an enquiry without contact details.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who process information for us under contract and only on our instructions:
- our website hosting and management provider;
- an email delivery provider, which sends form enquiries to us;
- AI editing tools, used to update the website's content (these work on the website's content, not on your enquiries);
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Where it is stored
The website is hosted in the United Kingdom, and backups may be held in the EU (Amsterdam). Some of our providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, we make sure the transfer is protected by a safeguard recognised under UK law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. You can ask us for details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our business records. After that, we delete them. Technical logs are deleted after a short period.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, and to ask us to correct it, delete it or restrict how we use it. You can also object to how we use it and, in some cases, ask for it to be transferred to someone else. To make a request, contact us using the details above. We'll reply within one month.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have used your information, please contact us first using the details above. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it and tell you the outcome.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
We use only cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to work, such as one that helps the contact form work securely, and one that remembers your light or dark display choice when you set it. These don't need your consent. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
